Kenya’s renowned political analyst Prof Herman Manyora has warned President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga must act now if they are to beat Ruto in 2022 elections.
“President Uhuru Kenyatta must not wait too long before making his political moves, Kenya’s leading political analyst,” Herman Manyora has warned.
The warning came just days before the Azimio La Umoja Convention to be held on Friday, December 10, 2021.
“Raila must use his political genius on Friday 10 as this is what determine whether he becomes president – or not,” Herman said.
“It is time those people who advise Uhuru and Raila – and eat their money to think – must show their work.”
Manyora said: “Uhuru may think that he knows the game, but it may be too late if he waits until February 2021. It may be too late for him.”
“The sweeping momentum that will come when people begin to move towards UDA party, it may be too much for Uhuru and Raila to contain.”
“The Deputy President William Ruto is very good at creating narratives using the media. Uhuru and Ruto must not wait. The time is now for them to act.”
“There is going to be a stampede in February towards Ruto’s team. To balance that stampede, you must have others defecting from UDA.”
“This will happen from next year when people in the public sector will start to resign.
