Top KBC TV Anchor Joins Gospel Music Industry

Celebrated KBC news anchor Beatrice Gatonye Ng’etich has started her gospel singing journey.

The Gospel music Ministry new entrant joins a host of other local artists who have continuously inspired and transformed Christians spiritually.

Speaking at the launch of her first three songs in Eldoret town on Saturday, an elated Gatonye narrated that her long living dream had finally materialised, and thanked her family and friends for their endless support.

Speaking to Mwanahabari, the Swahili news anchor said she could not hold back the talent which God had bestowed in her.

“This is the begining of a new phase for me I have had this dream since childhood and today I see it happen,” said Gatonye.

Asked about how she will juggle between her work at he station, and singing, she reiterated that all things will work with proper timing.

“Of course this will not contravene my work schedule since I will be recording during free time,” she said.

She called on those who have special talents as well to come out and explore them to full limit and reap benefit besides being an inspiration to others.

She promised to realease fulfilling pieces of gospel songs as she looks to gain more followers who will support her ministry.

Famous Gospel artist Rueben Kigame speaking at the same function committed to support Mrs Gatonye in her gospel music journey.

“I have listened to some of her songs and I am convinced that she is destined to greatness in these ministry and will support her in this journey.” Said Kigame.

Fellow anchor Carol Njenga congratulated her on her newly found gem and wished her all the best.
