President William Ruto on Sunday met with the Global President of the Seventh Day Adventist Church Pastor Ted Wilson.
Ruto met Pastor Ted at the Nairobi State House together with other local SDA leaders from Kenya.
Also at the meeting were former Chief Justice of Kenya Mr. John Maraga, Cabinet Secretary of Education Ezekiel Machogu, Principal Secretary for Internal Security Mr. Raymond Omollo and other leaders.
Speaking during the meeting, President Ruto said: “We want to acknowledge the contribution of the church in the moral formation of our nation, the social as well as economic empowerment of the people through vast investments in healthcare, education as well as other social services.”
