A man was stubbed to death at 3am, Saturday, August 28, in Nakuru County, after he was found relaxing in bed with another man’s wife.
According to the police, Micah Nyaberi Bogomba 39, returned to his house unannounced, only to find Boniface Njagi Maina relaxing with his wife Vivian Mboga.
A furious Nyaberi demanded to know what Maina 34, was doing in his house at that hour with his wife.
It was then that Nyaberi reportedly started beating up Maina, kicking and punching him.
Subdued and seeking to escape with his life, Maina is reported to have pleaded with Nyaberi to let him pick his shoes and leave, at which point the husband stubbed him on the back, slightly below the scapula.
Police from Kagoto Patrol Base rushed to the scene where they found Maina’s lifeless body lying by the gate in a pool of blood.
In the suspect’s house, police also found spattered blood on the walls and house items, which has since been documented by crime scene detectives.
Nyaberi and his wife were arrested and handed over to DCI Nakuru North detectives for further legal processing.
