Billionaire Simeon Nyachae’s Family Invite Kenyans Seeking Part of His Wealth

The family of the late former Cabinet Minister Simeon Nyachae on Friday, September 10, 2021, published a notice in the Kenya Gazette published notifying the public of their intention to distribute the assets.

The family went on to ask those who believe they are entitled to a share of the wealth to contact them.

The announcement came after the trustees of the multi-billion shillings estate of the former Kisii politician started the process of distributing his wealth to beneficiaries cited in his Will.

“Those who think they are entitled should send their claim or interest on or before the expiry of two calendar months from the date this notice shall appear in the Kenya Gazette,” read the notice.

Submit their claims

All those who believe they have a claim or interest in the wealth have been directed to submit their claims through the Daly and Inamdar Advocates located at the ABC Place along Waiyaki Way in Westlands, Nairobi.

Nyachae died in February 2021, and was one of the wealthiest Kenyans.

He had 3.1 million shares in CBA Bank making him one of the leading owners of the recently created NCBA Group alongside Naushad Merali, Mzee Jomo Kenyatta and former Central Bank of Kenya governor Philip Ndegwa.

Nyachae also had shares at Swan Millers and Sansora Limited. He had shares at Transnational Bank, Credit Bank, Sotik Tea Company Limited and Sansora Group.
