Pastor Ezekiel Odero has moved to court to sue the government.
The famous pastor wants his New Life Prayer Centre and Church and Television station opened.
Ezekiel was recently arrested – and is currently being investigated in connection to the Shakahola Massacre.
Through his lawyers, the pastor claims the decision to close his ventures was done illegally and in violation of Article 47 of the Constitution.
The pastor has named the Attorney General, the Inspector General of Police, and five others as respondents.
According to the pastor, the Shakahola forest where over 109 bodies were recently found buried is over 200 kilometres away from his church – and therefore has pleaded his innocence.
Ezekiel is said to own the New Life Prayer Centre and Church which is sitting on the a 300-acre land.
The preacher wants police to allow his worshippers to access the church and worship.
