Kenyan athlete Emmanuel Korir has won first gold medal for the country in the 2020 Olympics Games in Tokyo Japan.
Korir won gold in the 800m men race, and was followed by another Kenyan Ferguson Rotich who won silver.
The win means that Korir has taken over the Olympic crown from King David Rudisha.
Rudisha won gold in the 2012 London Olympics and in the 2016 Rio games.
Korir clocked 1:45.06 while Rotich clocked 1:45.23 to finish second.
