June Ruto is one of the seven children of President William Ruto.
She is the second born child, and, according to sources, Ruto’s favourite daughter. June married her Nigerian boyfriend, Alexander Ezenagu, an assistant Law Professor at the Hamad Bin Khalifa University, in 2021.
June holds a bachelor’s degree in diplomacy from the United States International University (USIU). She studied international relations at the University of Queensland, Australia. After completing her studies, she joined the diplomatic service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2014.
