Kiambu Thugs Steal Ksh6 Million From Chinese Man

Police are looking for three thieves who reportedly broke into a house in Kiambu belonging to two Chinese nationals and stole Ksh6 million.

The criminals who are still on the run, are said to have sneaked into the house through a drainage tunnel.

The robbery incident was reported at Kamwangi Police station, in Gatundu North Subcounty, Kiambu County, and recorded under  OB.2/5/6/2021.

The report was made by Mr Kung and Zhang both of whom work at Karimenu dam.

In their report, the two stated that they were attacked at their residential house by three men, one suspected to be armed with a pistol and the other two with knives.

They claimed that the men forced them to surrender all the cash they had, approximate Ksh 6 million.

According to the police, the suspects gained entry into the house through a water drainage tunnel after cutting through the fence.  The scene was visited by CPC Kiambu, SCCIO Kiambu East, Officers from DCI Gatundu North, SCPC Gatundu North, OCS Kamwangi and officers from scene of crime Thika.
